The site kept crashing whilst I was trying to order, once it went through I noticed there was then 3 of the same item that I paid for and I only needed one , I emailed straight away and received a email at 1 o’clock the next day asking what I wished cancel and then a email an hour after that saying they had send the product , didn’t even get a chance to respond,
So happy with the gift wrap I ordered for my mums birthday. Found the whole process online really easy and simple to create, the delivery was super quick and the quality of the wrapping paper is of high quality - will definitely use again
I ordered some for my son and daughter who are turning 1 & 3. I’ve no doubt that my little girl will think it’s absolutely hilarious. I really love the idea and the execution is great! The only thing I could criticise is the price. I paid just over £20 and I was only able to wrap two small presents for them each, which is ridiculously steep if you think you can pick up a whole roll for less than £5. I think the price unfortunately would stop me from ordering again.
Bought item 10 days ago and still no sign of parcel. No response from any emails sent asking about item. I thought that perhaps the other 1 star reviews were for places quite far from the shipping destination however I live an hour away and it has still not arrived.
Very upsetting.
A week after purchasing it didn’t arrive and so I couldn’t use it for my sisters 50th.
